My Two Scents | Perfume Dessert Review

I've always loved tutti fruity or fruity scents. The very first perfume I fell in love with was Dolce and Gabbana's limited edition, Number 3 -L'Imperatrice. When they stopped producing this, I shifted to Burberry then Paris Hilton's perfume before giving Bvlgari's collection a try (I had two from these because I wanted to collect the bottles). However, nothing really fancied me like D&G's limited edition collection. Just recently, a PR from Perfume Dessert sent me two bottles from their brand. Keep reading to find out more.

According to a little research I did, Perfume Dessert is a hundred percent original from the UK. These dessert scented perfumes claim to be the latest trend in the perfume industry. It is also indicated in the bottles that these are Eau de Parfum. From what I read, this meant that the product has more alcohol and water making the smell lighter than perfumes and easier to wear off.

I received two bottles from them: Sakura and Black Raspberry Vanilla Ice Cream. When I first saw the names, I imagined what the scent of these two would be like and being a fruity perfume kind of person, I knew that I would love Black Raspberry Vanilla Ice Cream more than Sakura.

Let's talk about the packaging. The products came with designed cardboard containers which made the actual bottle safe. Seeing the design leave you wondering what the aroma could be. Great effort for the packaging! (One thing I realized is that I could use it as storage for, maybe, makeup brushes? Haha)

I tried the Sakura first because I was wondering if it would be the same as most floral scented perfumes that I find to be too strong. Suprisingly, the aroma is quite mild. The scent leaves you smelling fresh. This would be perfect with any girly ootd I wear.

Despite liking Sakura, I was so excited to try the Black Raspberry Vanilla Ice Cream that I made a video review about the product using this scent. When I tried it, I immediately fell in love and couldn't get enough of it. I finally found my new favorite! Imagine being smothered with sweetness all over you. It'll probably make you think that I am sweet but that's only on the outside -- just joking!

Kidding aside, check out my two cents about the longevity of the product on my YouTube Channel. I went to different places to find out if the scent could stand out after such time. Two hours from when I first used it, I could still smell the sweet scent. I was thinking that after commuting through the busy streets of Manila, I will be smelling like the usual polluted aroma with all the smoke coming from the vehicles but I was wrong. Turned out that the fragrance remained on my skin. Five hours in total and I thought that the smell had worn off already especially after taking a long walk going to my favorite restaurant. **I apologize for the wrong input on my video** Upon entering one of my favorite restaurants, I realized that the fragrance is still there, however, not as strong as it first was. But you could still smell it!

This is a must-have for everyone, especially you, perfume addicts! You'll definitely fall in love with this line. SRP is at Php 250 - very affordable for an amazing item!
