IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY

Birthdays are one of the much awaited events in our lives (well for the kids). For adults like us, it’s just another saying: “HEY, YOU’RE OLD!” “PABLOW OUT KA NAMAN”. So yeah basically, it’s more like a day that they remember you that you are “aging” or that you need to treat people and not really a celebration of your birth. But don’t get me wrong, it is still fun celebrating birthdays. Okay I know I made it sound sad but really I am happy. Anyway speaking of birthdays, we have somebody who celebrated her birthday recently. Woohoo! Okay on to the next paragraph...

Before heading home

Last 10th of June, Ishie celebrated her ‘Nth’ birthday with her sisters and cousin with a round of food. No liquor because the rest of the gang were still too young to drink. The next day, we decided to hang out and spend a little together. Well, not really little because we had a night in. Before heading home, we went on our favorite of strolling around the metro: window shopping, book hunting, some random laughs here and there, and the likes. We decided to drink the night away with a Soju mix: Soju + Sprite + Yakult. Weird as it sounds but it’s goooood. Of course, we had to pair the drink with chips to munch on while watching movies. A big bag of Cheetos, in which we only got to eat half of it, and nacho chips with dip are what makes it better. *Nom Nom*

So yeah, we got to watch a few movies like “Us” which I though was a love story but I was wrong, and another thriller one “A Simple Favor”. No, I’m not a fan of thriller movies. I just watched without knowing about the genre and just freaked out all the way. LOL. Ishie and I plan to watch another movie “Five Feet Apart”. Yes finally! A love story! But I fell asleep during the first few parts of the movie and Ishie caught me, Oopps, so we decided to just stop watching. We were planning to write a post since we are together. As you all know, Ishie has been working in the island since forever so might as well “attempt” to make an update on our website. During the time we were updating the post, we suddenly decided to watch Avengers: Endgame and then stopped it after a few minutes. I told Ishie that we should go sleep since I gave up with pretending haha!

Here are some snippets from our new IGtv Video. Hope you watch it!

And that my friend was how I spend a day or rather a night in at Ishie’s place. It was really good to see Ishie again and I’m glad I got to see her during her birthday vacation here before she heads back to the island. My wish for her is to achieve her dreams and for her to be happy as always. I hope the items in the bucket list would turn to reality. Just let me know *wink wink*.

If you are still reading this post, I want to thank you for sticking around until the very end. It is my first time to write a blog post and it’s sloppy, I know. But I promise to get better when I update in the future. There are a lot of things that I want to write actually and to share with you. I’ll do my best hopefully when I get a laptop of my own I would keep up with my monthly, daily happenings.

Thank you and I’ll see you around!
